Itinerary:

Day 1

• Arrival on Maslina’s custom Colnago speedboat
• Lavender welcome drink and afternoon at leisure
• Introduction to the Lavender Sleep Retreat with our in-house healer
• Exclusive Seaside Dining with a lavender theme
• Post-dinner lavender bath, lavender sleep drink & lavender sleep masks

Day 2

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Half-day island bike tour on e-bikes through lavender fields and UNESCO heritage 
• Lunch at a sea-view location followed by a guided meditation
• Late afternoon arrival at the hotel with leisure time 
• 3-course dinner at the hotel inspired by ingredients that aid in sleep and relaxation

Day 3

• Sunrise salutation yoga at the beach
• Organic Garden tour & foraging for your Adriatic Rejuvenation spa treatment with the spa team
• Adriatic Rejuvenation treatment at Pharomatiq Wellness (around 2 hours)
• 3-course lunch at the hotel inspired by ingredients that aid in sleep and relaxation
• Sunset sound healing session in the Pharomatiq Wellness garden (60 min)
• 3-course dinner at the hotel inspired by ingredients that aid in sleep and relaxation

Day 4

• Breakfast at the hotel 
• Yoga Nidra session at our Organic Garden (75-90 min)
• Herbal pouches massage at Pharomatiq Wellness (55 min)
• 3-course lunch at the hotel inspired by ingredients that aid in sleep and relaxation 
• Bike ride into Stari Grad on our wooden Maslina bikes
• Storytelling tour in Stari Grad 
• Dinner in the hotel (optional dinner in Stari Grad)

Day 5

• Departure back to Split on Maslina’s custom Colnago speedboat
